1961 Porsche 356B Roadster - Signal Red - Very Special
This special Roadster was owned by Dwayne Spencer, noted author, engine expert, racer & past PCA officer. It was raced by Dwayne in SCCA racing during the 70's, 80's and 90's with great success on the west coast, retired and restored over the last 5 years by Dwayne. During its racing career it was modified with 911 suspension, 5 Speed 901 transmission and a 130+ HP 912 motor, 4 wheel disc brakes and louvered rear deck lid to cool the high performance engine. This 356 Roadster handles and runs like a 911 while maintaining the the classic stock looks. Since purchased by CPR it has had a complete transmission overhaul, engine refresh, Rudge style alloy wheels, new Sigla windshield and bright work and has been fully sorted and will be a welcome addition to any collection!
