A La Carte Restoration

We at CPR know that not everyone either wants or can afford a concour or complete remanufactured restoration, therefore we offer an A La Carte menu of certain phases of restoration.

Generally, pricing is as follows:

1. Strip and Refinish: Does not include disassembly and reassembly. Does include high quality PPG paint and materials, precise blocking of the body and multiple removal and reinstallation of all body panels to assure perfect gaps and arrow straight finishes. Does not include metal repair beyond normal prime and blocking.


2. Metal Repair: Billed at $65.00/hr plus parts.


3. Disassembly and Assembly: Performed on a time and materials basis with labor starting at $4,000.


4. Interior: Complete interior restoration costs start at $6,000 depending on leather or OEM vinyl and cloths, model of Porsche and condition of existing components.


5. Engine Reseal and Cosmetics: Costs starting at $4,000. Includes disassembly of the engine to long block, inspection of all components, reseal and gasket replacement to all areas from the sealed case out. Does not include splitting the case.


6. Engine Overhaul: Includes everything described in #5 above plus splitting the case and overhaul and replacement of all engine components to exceed factory original standards. Our hourly mechanical labor rate for our factory-trained technicians is $105.00/hr.


7. Transmission Overhaul: Starting at $1,800.


8. Belly Pan Restoration: Includes disassembly of the complete suspension down to the bare belly pan. Refinishing as necessary in correct Wurth product. Refinish in body color or semi-gloss black as is correct for the model year. Powder coating of all suspension components including all bushings, tie rod ends, shock absorbers, brake caliper overhaul, rotor brake pad and brake hose replacement. Prices start at $3,900 depending on condition and model of car.


9. Front Hood Cosmetic Package: Includes removal of the fuel tank and all fuel lines and wiring. Re-coating in all the correct areas in correct Wurth product and then refinished in body color or flat black depending on year make and model. Costs start at $2,500.


10. Fuel Tank Restoration: Includes complete stripping and resealing of the gas tank. Refinishing in correct original OEM products. Replacement of all soft fuel lines.
